Drop-off Requirements

At the time of drop-off, a 50% deposit is required before work can begin.

 

All animals must be fully gutted and properly field dressed prior to drop-off. Any specimen that arrives without being fully prepared may be subject to additional charges.

 

When you drop off your specimen, you will be required to review our contract and sign at the bottombefore the item is accepted.

 

Please be aware that additional fees and charges may apply at the time of drop-off, depending on the condition of the specimen and the amount of preparation required.

 

Extra charges may apply for services such as:

 

  • Caping

  • Skinning

  • After Hours

  • Condition Fee

  • Soak Fee

  • Rush Fee

Fees & Additional Charges

Rush Fee 

 A rush fee may apply to any taxidermy work that a customer requests on an expedited timeline. A rushed turnaround requires additional time, labor, or outside service charges, those costs will be passed along to the customer. This fee helps cover any added expenses incurred to complete the work as quickly as possible. 

For all Taxidermy Services- A rush fee applies to any taxidermy work requested on an expedited timeline, including tanned hides. The rush fee is 50% of the total cost of services. 

For all European Services -  For Europeans, an additional $100 rush fee will be added. 

Condition Fee

 A condition fee applies to any specimen that arrives with a strong odor or in a state of decomposition. This fee covers the additional time, care, and handling required to properly process the animal and help prevent further deterioration. $100

After Hours Fee

 An after-hours fee applies to any item that requires work to be completed outside of normal business hours, including weekends. This fee covers the additional cost of calling someone in after hours or on a weekend to complete the work in a timely manner.  $125

Soak Fee

 A soak fee applies to any head that requires soaking before processing. This fee covers the additional time and care needed to properly prepare the specimen for the next stage of work. The soak fee is $75. If the head still has the hide on it upon arrival, the soak fee is $150
